Sunlight was the name given to natural light radiated by Nosgoth's sun. In context as a gameplay-related term, it featured in Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver. Raziel could make use of sunlight in his skirmishes against the vampires of the events of Soul Reaver, to whom it was hazardous; many subtypes of these vampires would be fatally wounded upon coming into contact with the sun's rays.
