The Pentaliche of Tarot was an artfact wielded by Kain as a fledgeling vampire during the events of Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain. When used the Pentaliche of Tarot would kill all enemies in close proximity to Kain with a random attack. The Pentaliche of Tarot chose at random one of five different deaths similar to the effects Kains other weapons and artifacts: Flay, Implode, The Font of Putrescence and the devastation of the Soul Reaver.
The Pentaliche of Tarot could be acquired from the Spirit Forge west of the stronghold of William the Just.
Following the events of Blood Omen, Kain seemingly abandons most of his weapons and artifacts amongst them the Pentaliche of Tarot; it is never seen or mentioned again.
Notes
The Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain FAQ at Silicon Knights referred to the Pentaliche of Tarot as "The deck of five deaths".
