The Pentaliche of Tarot was an artfact wielded by Kain as a fledgeling vampire during the events of Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain. When used the Pentaliche of Tarot would kill all enemies in close proximity to Kain with a random attack. The Pentaliche of Tarot chose at random one of five different deaths similar to the effects Kains other weapons and artifacts: Flay, Implode, The Font of Putrescence and the devastation of the Soul Reaver.
