Incapacitate was a spell acquired and used by Kain during the events of Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain. It was located right next to Moebius's museum inside the Oracle's Cave. With this spell Kain could fire a homing projectile that could freeze an enemy in place for a short while, permitting Kain to dispatch his enemies without much effort.
Like many other spells, Incapacitate doesn't work on bosses and is not seen in any other further games than Blood Omen.
