As a fledgeling vampire Kain obtained the Flesh Armour from Dark Eden during the events of Blood Omen. When wearing the Flesh Armour any creature struck by Kain would have its blood drained to feed the vampire. This could be dangerous when fighting enemies with poisoned blood as the Flesh Armour would absorb the deadly blood and infect Kain. It is unknown what happened to the Flesh Armour following the events of Blood Omen.
